1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Only products purchased directly from www.kristyfashion.in are eligible for returns or exchanges.

Note:

Certain products such as lingerie, intimate wear, and sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel, starting from the sealed package condition.

The unboxing video serves as proof in case of:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Missing products
  • Incorrect products received

Requests regarding damage, missing items, or wrong products may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Please ensure the video is:

  • Clear and continuous
  • Unedited and uncut
  • Showing the shipping label, sealed package, and product clearly

Important Note:

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for raising complaints related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items. Requests submitted without proper video proof may not qualify for replacement or refund.

3. Initiating a Return or Exchange

4. Return Process

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
  • Customers must ensure safe and proper packaging of returned items.
  • Products should be returned using the courier method specified by Kristy Fashion.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after successful quality inspection.
  • Delays due to banking procedures or public holidays may occur.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
  • Any price difference during exchange will be charged or refunded accordingly.

7. Exchange Responsibility for Size / Color / Fabric

If an exchange is requested because of:

  • Size issues
  • Color preference
  • Fabric preference
  • Personal choice

a ₹99 exchange handling fee will apply.

However, if the issue is due to an error from Kristy Fashion, such as:

  • Wrong size delivered
  • Wrong color delivered
  • Incorrect product received

the exchange will be processed free of cost, including pickup and re-delivery charges.

Note:

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.

9. Refunds on Discounted Orders & Partial Returns

For orders where discounts are applied based on multiple item purchases:

  • Discounts will be recalculated if items are returned.
  • Refund amounts will be adjusted according to the updated order value.
  • Partial returns are allowed and refunds will be calculated proportionately.
  • Free shipping benefits will not impact refund calculations.

10. Clarification on Sale & Promotional Discounts

Discounts on sale, clearance, or promotional items are final. Refunds for such products will be based only on the actual amount paid during purchase.

11. Customer Responsibilities on Returns

Customers must ensure products are securely packed before return shipment. Items damaged due to improper packaging or misuse may be rejected or may qualify for partial/no refund after inspection.

12. Escalation / Grievance Redressal

If you are not satisfied with the support resolution, you may escalate your concern to our Grievance Redressal Officer.
